本文简要地介绍了地球物理反演问题的主要方面.论述了反演理论的一般问题,强调反演问题的困难在于不适定性,它起因于信息不足.文中还就连续模型和离散模型两种情况评价了线性反演方法.

In this paper, the essentials of geophysical inversion is briefly described. It deals with the inversion problems of common interest in terms of its theorem. Special stress is laid on the fact that difficulty which might crop up while applying the inverse method lies in its unadaptability due to insufficient information. Also,an evaluation on the linear inversion with regard to either continuous or discrete models is made.
