A DISCUSSION ON THE DESIGN OF LIFE-TESTING OF DIGITAL SEISMOMETER

本文从可靠性观点出发,对数字地震检波器寿命试验设计中的应力水平、测量参数、测试周期、试验停止时间、受试的检波器样品数和抽样方法等的选择,作了某些探讨。文章还明确指出:应力水平的选择要根据野外勘探环境和方法而定;测试周期的选择要根据产品失效规律呈现两头小,中间大的特点来选择疏密不等的周期;试验停止时间、受试的样品数和抽样方法的选择要根据试验目的和产品寿命分布形式而定。作好寿命试验的设计是保证试验的精度和降低试验费用的关键所在。
From the viewpoint of reliability, the selection of the parameters in the design of the life-time test for digital geophones was discussed and examined. The parameters concerned were: the stress level, the. test parameters, the test cycle, the time of stopping the test, the number of the sample of geophones being tested as well as the method of sampling. It has been pointed out clearly and definitely that the selection of the stress level should be in the light of the field conditions and the method adopted; the test cycle should not be selected identically but it should selected unequally according to the law of "products ceasing to be effective" which has the feature of "a few at each extreme and many in between"; the selection of the time of stopping the test, the number of the testing sample and the method of sampling should be in line with the purpose of the test and the pattern of life distribution. The key point of ensuring the necessary accuracy and reducing the test-costs is to make out a good design for the life-test.
