SHORT COMMENTS ON GRAVITY OIL/GAS EXPLORATION IN THE DEPRESSION OF CENTRAL HEBEI PROVINCE

华北盆地冀中坳陷是国内重力勘探程度最高的地区之一。本文简略地回顾了该区重力勘探的历史, 论述了勘探初期重力勘探所起的先导作用, 列举了勘探后期重力测量精度提高后地质效果显著提高的两个实例, 说明重力勘探方法不仅可用于了解覆盖区内的区域地质构造, 而且可用于勘探地质条件优越的地区探查局部地质特征。文章还以应用重力资料与地震资料进行综合解释的一个实例, 强调指出综合研究的必要性。

The central Hebei depression is situated in the basin of north China. It's one of the highly gravity explored areas of our country. In this paper, the case history of the gravitational exploration is retrospected in plain words, its leading role in the early stage of the exploration is expounded, and two examples of better accuracy gravitational measurement obtained in the later stage of the exploration are given. All of these show that the gravitational method could be not only used to Investigate the regional geological structures in the covered area, but it could also be used in the areas of favourite geological conditions to examine the local geology. By virtue of the example of gravity-seismic integrated interpretation, it is emphasized that the comprehensive study is very necessary in exploration.
