Abstract
What is used in high-resolution marine exploration is a high frequency and low energy system. It is chiefly used in engineering geological investigation. In the Pearl River Mo'uth Basin, the geological strustures in shallow depth, the types and features of the calamity factors in geology were revealed by vertue of this technique. In oil/gas development and the underwater operation, the technique will serve as an useful tool in practice.
