AN INTEGRATED DYNAMIC SIMULATION SYSTEM OF SEDIMENTARY BASINS

作者在美国哥伦比亚大学合作期间,建立了“沉积盆地综合动态模拟系统”(An Integrated Dynamic Simulation System of Sedimentary Basins,简称IDSS).IDSS系统由10个模型组成:构造下沉,岩石圈挠曲,沉积压实,褶皱与断层,裂缝,隆起,温度与热流,烃类成熟,油气初次运移,油气二次运移与聚集.其中四个模型是作者首次提出的,还有四个模型是在他人的基础上加以改进的.IDSS系统是一个大型时空计算机模拟系统,能够定量模拟沉积盆地的演化,烃类的生成、运移和聚集.历史模拟完毕后,获得今天盆地的地质构造以及油气藏分布.最后,进行资源评价和勘探决策.
Having worked for two years(1985-1987) in Columbia University in U.S.A.,authors created An Integrated Dynamic Simulation System of Sedimentary Basins (abbreviated to IDSS) . IDSS consists of the following 10 models. Tectonic Subsidence,Flexure of Lithosphere,Compaction of Sediments,Folding and Faulting,Fracturing, Uplift, Temperature and Heat Flow, Maturation of Hydrocarbon, Primary Migration of Oil and Gas, Secondary Migration and Accumulation of Oil and Gas. Four of the 10 models are created first by the authors. Another four of the 10 models are modified on the basis of other s work done. IDSS system is a large time-space computer simulation system. It can quantitatively simulate the evolution of sedimentary basins, and the generation, migration and accumulation of hydrocarbons. Geological structure and reservoirs distribution of the current basin are gained after finishing the simulations. Finally, the assessmeent of reserve and decision of exploration are made.
