三分量垂直地震剖面可以在同一口井中记录P波和S波全波场的速度信息,提取纵横波速度比rv=vs/vp、泊松比б等岩性解释参数.齐全的SH横波和SV横波信息为研究地层各向异性、横波双折射提供了条件。实际资料分析表明,横波双折射是预测裂隙方向和发育程度一种有效的物探方法。
The velocity information of the full-wavefield for P-wave and S-wave could be obtained from the one and the same borehole by 3-component VSP observation,and the parameters needed for lithology interpretation such as the γτSP, the Poison's ratio σ,etc. , could also be extracted from the data obtained.The all-sided information relevant to the SH and the SV-wave offers conditions for the study of anisotropy and S-wave birefraction of strata. It has been proved by pratice that the S-wave birefraction is a powerful tool for predicting the direction and the maturity of fracture.
