Minor fault interpretation of 3-D seismic data in Xieqiao Colliery

本文介绍了利用地震特征参数及模式识别方法综合解释小断层的技术。它的主要特点是利用更多的地震信息(主要是动力学信息),并且借助计算机的高分辨能力对地震特征参数定量化,进行综合分析与逻辑判断,并做出断层(也包括其它构造特征)解释,避免了人为主观因素的影响。在谢桥煤矿三维地震资料解释中使用了这种断层解释方法,查明采区内落差5m左右的小断层及其它小构造的分布情况,其中部分已被井下地质资料所验证,取得了令人满意的地质效果。
This paper introduces the technique of minot fault interpretation by seismic characteristic parameters and pattern recognition methods. Its main properties are that more seismic information (particularly dynamic information) are used, and that seismic parameters are quantitatively analyzed and logically judged by means of high resolutibn capability of computers for the interpretation of fault and other structures without the influence of interpreters. This technique has been used in 3-D seismic data interpretation in Xieqiao Colliery, and the distribution of minor faults of about 5m throw (including other structures) is detected in mining areas, some of which have been confirmed by geological data of mining. Clearly, the geological effect of interpretation is satisfying.
