Combining Interpretation of VSP Compressional and Shear Waves and its Application

利用非零偏VSP上行转换SV波,求得SVCDP深度剖面和SVCDP时间剖面,借助SVCDP深度剖面与SVCDP时间剖面特征相似的特点,对井所在地区横波勘探解释提供地质属性标定依据。由下行P波和转换SV波下行波场,求得各地层纵、横波速度比和泊松比参数,与地层岩性进行比较,对储集层含油气特征预以评价。
SV?CDP depth section and time section are obtained from non zero offset VSP uptraveling converted SV waves. The similarity between SV?CDP depth section and time section is used as criterion for geologic attribute calibration in the vicinity of wells in interpretation of shear wave survey. The compressional versus shear wave velocity ratio and poisson’s ratio of different strata are calculated from downtravelling P waves and converted SV waves and are correlated with formation lithology to estimate oil bearing characteristics of reservoirs.
