摘要
小波分析具有时频局部化优点, 被誉为“数学显微镜”。讨论了利用小波变换提高地震资料分辨率, 在阐述小波原理的基础上, 给出小波分频带能量合理补偿提高分辨率的方法。考虑到快速小波变换分解尺度数目与信号样点数有关, 借鉴通讯系统中的过采样技术, 提出过采样小波变换提高地震资料分辨率方法。实际资料试算表明, 过采样小波变换方法可以有效提高地震资料分辨率, 是对小波变换方法的扩展。
Abstract
Wavelet analysis is a localization tool in both time and frequency domain, and is praised "the mathematical microscope". Applications to Geophysics are now very popular and effective. This paper discussed the enhancement of seismic resolution by wavelet transform. Considering that the number of decomposition scales for wavelet transform is related to the number of signal samples, a method for enhancement of seismic resolution was developed by virtue of over-sampling theory of communication system. The results from real data showed this method is more effective than conventional wavelet transform based methods.
