吸收系数是反映储层含气的重要参数, 对储层岩性及含油气变化具有很高的灵敏性。采用谱比法计算地层吸收系数, 并根据吸收系数的变化, 圈出吸收系数异常带。同时利用地质和其它地球物理资料以及其它参数, 区分吸收系数异常是由地层岩性变化或由油气藏存在所引起, 从而达到直接检测油气的目的。将该方法应用于川东碳酸盐岩储层预测中, 取得了较好的效果。
Absorption coefficient is an important parameter in reservoir characterization and hydrocarbon prediction. It is sensitive to the variation of lithology and hydrocarbon accumulation. We calculated the absorption coefficient with spectrum ratio and delineated the abnormal absorption coefficient zones. The abnormal zones were then further classified into two, lithology related and hydrocarbon related, by in combination with geologic and other geophysical information. Satisfactory results have achieved by applying this method to carbonate reservoir prediction in the east of Sichuan.
