Application of quantitative fault seal prediction in complex fault blocks.

断块油藏的形成与断层的封堵性密切相关,因此可以通过对断层封堵性的研究预测断块油藏的含油气性。阐述了评价断层封堵性的方法,通常,采用泥、页岩在断面上的涂抹程度,即粘土涂抹潜力、泥岩涂抹系数和泥质断层泥比率来定量描述断层的封堵性。介绍了粘土涂抹潜力、泥岩涂抹系数和泥质断层泥比率的计算方法,讨论了方法的适用范围,给出了方法实现的详细步骤。粘土涂抹潜力和泥岩涂抹系数评价方法由于需要对每一个单层都要计算断层的涂抹程度,因此对于薄砂泥岩互层的地层实现起来比较困难,而泥质断层泥比率对于多层序地层计算简便,容易实现。故采用泥质断层泥比率和断层横向封堵系数对新庄油田复杂断块油藏断层的封堵性进行了评价,并通过标定确定了断层的横向封堵系数与断块储量的关系,以及可封堵油气的最小断层泥比率。对新庄油田泌90断块的含油气性进行了预测,后期的油气开发证实,预测结果是正确的。
Clay smear and shale smear is a generalmethod to estimate fault seal potential.In this paper, we improve the SSF and SCG expression by considering fault obliquity.By combinating SGR with fault landscape orientation seal factor, a newmethod is proposed to quantitatively evaluate the sealing capability of faults.The relationship of fault blocks reserves and fault landscape orientation seal factor in Xinzhuang oilfield is determined by calibration.We have implemented successful prediction for undeveloped fault blocks reserves in Xinzhuang oilfield, later petroleum development confirm the prediction result.
