Method of identifying unconformity by using logging data

目前,国内测井技术识别不整合面利用的是地层倾角测井资料,但当研究区缺乏地层倾角测井资料或者识别的对象是平行不整合面时,这项技术就无法应用。为此,探讨了测井地质学识别不整合面的方法。地质学方法识别不整合面的基本原理是,根据界面上覆和下伏地层地质特征的突变现象,采用多方面分析的方法,进行不整合面识别。通过测井相分析沉积事件,利用泥岩声波测井资料分析地层压实和成岩作用的差异,利用对残余沉积韵律的识别和地层对比技术判断不整合面上的剥蚀事件等等。实际应用表明,利用测井地质分析方法可以有效地识别不整合面,尤其适用于缺乏地层倾角测井资料的地区。

Now, dip-logging data is used to identify unconformity in China. However, this technique is not available where the dip-logging data is lack or the research object is parallel unconformity. Therefore, the method of unconformity identification by logging geology was probed. The principles of the method are as follows: Based on the abrupt changes of geological characteristics from overlying and underlying formations of the interfaces multi-analysis was adopted to identify unconformity, such as using logging facies to analyze sedimentary events using shale sonic logging data to analyze the difference between compaction and diagenesis, and using the identify of residual sediment rhythm and formation correlation to judge the denudation on unconformity. The actual application shows that the logging geology can effectively identify unconformity, especially suitable to the area lack of dip logging data.
