Seismic recognition and description of deeply buried volcanics reservoirs in WLT area

松辽盆地北部东南断陷区的XJWZ断陷带火山岩发育,火山岩储层是该区深层天然气勘探的目标储层。XJWZ断陷带南部的火山岩储层勘探已获得可观的天然气储量,北部地区的火山岩储层研究很少。为此,在位于北部的WLT地区开展了火山岩储层研究。首先分析了火山岩的地震反射特征、水平切片特征和相干体特征;在此基础上对火山岩进行了识别,包括火山岩标定、火山岩体顶面识别和火山口位置确定等,并利用可视化技术刻画了火山岩体的空间变化特征;最后,对火山岩体的区域分布特征进行了描述,预测出20个火山岩体。根据预测结果部署了2口井,均钻遇较厚的火山岩,其中1口井获得了19〖KG*9〗513〖KG*9〗m3/d的工业气流。
XJWZ fault belt is located in the southeast fault area, north Songliao basin. Volcanics develops in the area, and is the target reservoir. The volcanics reservoirs in the south of XJWZ fault belt have abundant gas reserves. However, few researches about the north area have been done. Therefore, we have studied the volcanics reservoirs in the north WLT area. Firstly, characteristics of volcanic rocks were studied, including seismic reflection characteristics, horizontal slice characteristics, and coherent body characteristics. Then, the volcanics was identified, such as volcanics calibration, top surface recognition, and calderon identification, etc. Meanwhile, the visualization technique was also adopted to describe the spatial alternation characteristics. Finally, the areal distribution of volcanics bodies was described and 20 volcanic bodies predicted. Two wells were deployed based on the prediction and thick volcanics was drilled, one of the wells obtained 19 513 m3/d industrial gas flow.
