石油勘探开发数据标准体系分析

基于石油勘探开发一体化管理的需要,分析了石油勘探开发数据建设和国内外石油数据标准存在的问题,提出了建立石油勘探开发数据标准体系的需求。结合石油勘探开发数据采集、管理与服务的内容，从技术和管理两个方面及数据元、元数据和管理标准3个维度建立石油勘探开发数据标准模型。应用石油勘探开发数据标准模型制定出勘探开发数据标准体系框架,并分别分析了体系框架的指导标准、数据基础标准、数据应用标准、管理与服务标准、系统环境与安全标准等子体系的内容,以此作为石油勘探开发数据标准体系和具体标准制定的依据。

For the needs of integrated management of petroleum exploration and development,the problems of petroleum exploration & development data-building and the petroleum data standards at home and abroad were analyzed,it was concluded that petroleum exploration & development data standard system should be built. Combining the contents of petroleum exploration & development data acquisition,management and services,a standard model of petroleum exploration and development data was proposed both from the technical and managerial,and with data elements,metadata and management standards. Then,the model was used to establish the framework of exploration & development data standard system. Furthermore,the content of sub-systems,including guiding standard,data base standards,data applications standards,management and service standards,system environmental and safety standards were analyzed,these are used as the basis of developing the standard system or specific standard of petroleum exploration & development data.
