There were two advantages of composite applications of microbe and surfactant: on the one hand, surfactant enhanced the capability of microbe in emulsion and Viscosity Reduction; on the other hand, the microbial nutrient solution could reduce the loss of surfactant adsorption in the shale and ineffective in the reservoir, so microbe and surfactant tended to have synergistic reaction. Five type surfactants were selected that surfactant HSB12 and OPS could be reduced to ultralow interfacial tension between oil and water. Surfactant HS B - 1 2、 OP - 1 0could emulsify and reduce the viscosity of crude oil. The effect of surfactants HS B - 1 2、 F P 3+OP - 1 0 on microbes could be ignored, and microbe/surfactant combined flooding was obviously better than single surfactant flooding or microbial flooding.The maximum of recovery reached 9.67%.
