浅谈海上压缩感知地震勘探

压缩感知对于提高地震采集效率、降低地震采集成本、改善地震处理效果都有重要作用。在介绍和分析了海上压缩感知地震采集设计和评价的基本原理、实现方式以及降本增效意义的基础上,给出了海上压缩感知地震采集设计和评价的基本方案,并用模型数据展示了海上压缩感知采集的效果;简要介绍了不同压缩感知地震数据处理技术的基本原理,针对传统压缩感知规则化难以处理规则假频的问题进行了方法改进(主要是在变换域进行了加权处理),模型和实际数据的应用结果证明了改进方法的应用效果良好。最后总结了压缩感知在同时震源炮集分离、地震噪声压制等方面的应用效果。对压缩感知地震勘探在采集设计、资料处理及时移地震油藏监测等方面的未来发展方向进行了展望。
Compressive sensing (CS) technique can play important roles in improving the efficiency,cutting the cost of seismic acquisition and improving seismic processing results.First,the basic principles of CS are briefly introduced.Then,the significance of CS in reducing costs and increasing benefits for offshore seismic exploration is discussed. Next,a strategy for offshore seismic acquisition based on CS is proposed. Testing on synthetic data showed the effect of seismic acquisition based on CS. Moreover,the theories and applications of some CS-based seismic processing methods are introduced.In this study,the conventional CS-based regularization method is improved by weighting in the transformed domain,to regularize the data with regular missing traces.The applications on both model data and field data have proved its effectiveness. In addition,the applications of CS in deblending of simultaneous sources and noise attenuation are summarized.At last,the prospect for future development of CS in offshore seismic acquisition,processing,and 4D seismic monitoring of reservoir is given.
