基于多窗口自适应双边滤波去噪方法研究与应用

Post-stack seismic data denoising based on multi-window adaptive bilateral filtering and its application

研究了在保持边缘信息和有效信号的前提下压制随机噪声的方法,提出一种基于多窗口自适应双边滤波的方法技术。主要原理是:沿局部地层倾角、方位角提取滤波多窗口,在包含目标点的多窗口中采用自适应双边滤波,通过地质构造信息自适应设置空间变化相似度权重。在不连续地质体发育区域,选取较小的空间变化相似度权重;在连续平滑地质体区域,选取较大的空间变化相似度权重。最后选取方差最小窗口中的滤波结果作为目标点的最终输出。在模型数据测试中,将该方法与常规构造导向滤波方法及f-x域滤波方法进行对比,结果表明该方法的应用效果优于常规构造导向滤波和f-x域滤波方法。实际资料测试结果表明,该方法能够在保持边缘信息和有效信息的前提下压制随机噪声,在保护断面以及地层的有效反射信号的基础上,提高数据的质量和信噪比,保真性较好,具有较强的实用性。

 A multi-window adaptive bilateral filtering method is proposed,which focuses on suppressing random seismic noise while preserving signals and edges.First,filtering window is extracted based on dip angle and azimuthal angle.Then multi-window adaptive bilateral filtering is implemented in multi windows containing target areas,for which the range weight is adaptively set based on geological structure information.In uncontinuous geological entity,such as fault,fracture,and salutatory,the range weight can be smaller; in continuous geological entity such as continuous deposition conformity structure,the range weight can be bigger.Finally,the filtering result in window with the minimum variance is selected as the final output for the targets.Testing on both synthetic data and field data showed that the proposed method is superior to traditional structure oriented filters and F-X filters.It can suppress the random noise while preserving signals,edges,and fidelity.
