A comprehensive method to improve the accuracy of well-seismic calibration according to sedimentary facies

在地震-地质一体化综合研究中,井震标定所确定的时深关系是构建深度域测井数据和地质类等资料与时间域地震资料相互转换的桥梁。加强对井震标定结果的分析研究,可以有效提高井震标定后时深关系的可靠性与准确性,继而提升构造解释、变速成图、储层研究等工作的可靠程度。为了提高井震标定精度,从分析影响井震标定结果的主要因素出发,提出了一套利用沉积相带控制下的速度分析、联井地震剖面对比以及VSP的速度关系分析等综合时深关系分析方法,开展了地震-地质一体化的综合提高时深关系精度的实验验证与应用研究。在多个凹陷的沉积地层中,从单井标定、单个地质界面的地震层位追踪以及VSP速度资料的应用,扩展到了不同沉积相带的多井标定、多个地震层位追踪结果质控以及实现地层的快速对比等方面。结果表明,该综合分析方法适用于碎屑岩沉积地层中时深关系标定结果的检查,从多个角度提高了井震标定后时深关系的准确性与精度,同时在地层对比研究、构造分析、油藏评价等方面也具有广泛的应用前景。

In seismic-geological data integration,the time-depth relationship resulting from well-seismic calibration serves as a bridge to operate conversions among depth-domain logging data,geological data,and time-domain seismic data.By obtaining better insight into well-seismic calibration results,the reliability and accuracy of the time-depth relationship after seismic calibration can be improved,thereby enhancing the precision of structural interpretation,variable velocity mapping,and,more broadly,reservoir research.In this paper,a comprehensive time-depth relationship analysis method was proposed to improve the accuracy of well-seismic calibration.The following procedures were carried out,namely:velocity analysis according to the sedimentary facies belts,analysis of the seismic profile of the combined wells,and velocity relationship analysis of the VSP from the perspective of analyzing the main factors that affect the results of the seismic calibration.An application of a seismic-geological integration to improve the accuracy of the time-depth relationship was carried out.Taking sedimentary strata from several depressions,their single-well calibrations,seismic horizon tracking of individual geological interfaces,and applications of VSP velocity data were extended to the calibration of different sedimentary facies belts based on data from multiple wells,and were used in the quality control of the tracking of multiple seismic horizons,as well as for rapid stratigraphic correlation.The results showed that the proposed method can be applied to the inspection of the calibration results of the time-depth relationship in clastic sedimentary strata.By this method,the accuracy and precision of the time-depth relationship after well-seismic calibration can be improved.The proposed method has broad application prospects for structural analysis and reservoir evaluation.
