该文以某油田退役FPSO柔性立管中水浮筒的拆除工作为研究目标,对中水浮筒拆除方案进行研究,对进行拆除作业的工作船吊机能力进行静力与耦合动力校核,对中水浮筒起吊过程中结构安全进行分析评估并给出相关建议。分析结果表明,工作船吊机能力满足中水浮筒拆除吊装作业要求,中水浮筒结构安全满足要求,相关分析方法和流程可供类似项目借鉴参考。

Taking a retired FPSO's flexible riser mid-water buoy removal operation in an oilfield as the research target, the study of mid-water buoy removal scheme is carried out, static and coupled dynamic lifting analysis is conducted to inspect the ability of MPV's crane capacity. Structure strength analysis and evaluation of mid-water buoy during the lifting process is performed and advice is given. The analysis results indicate that the ability of MPV's crane capacity meets the requirements for dismantling and hoisting of the mid-water buoy, and the structural safety of the mid-water buoy meets the requirements as well. Analysis methods and processes can be used as reference for similar projects.
